Cancellation or changes to accommodation package bookings must be made before 2.00pm QLD Standard time on the day or arrival, to avoid the penalty of first night’s accommodation charged to the credit card provided as guarantee. If the Executive Essentials package does not appear once you have checked availability, then we regret that the package is not available for your requested dates.
